I miss Denise greatly, mostly I try not to think of that time, but then something happens and there she is staring me in the face. So, with great difficulty, I do this for you, Denise.
I remember the homemade Kahlua, the cards, how you always seemed to win. If there was four of us playing you would double team me just to make sure I was in my place. Yes, those were the times, I remember most. There was always too much beer and Kahlua. But there was also so much laughter and fu
n. Skinny dipping in Northwood Lake, well it wasn't quite, but pretty close to it.I guess I could say, you were one of the most unforgetable persons I ever met. You would drag me up to May King, to those disco dance of long ago. Yes, we are talking about the mid-nineties. About the time Rusty came to me. And the day Rusty brought the Vasoline to the kitchen table. I never was quite able to live that one down. But most of all, you were always ready for a party and you always had ideas of what to do next. It was never a dull moment.
Oh, you remember Memorial Day, we spent at Hampton Beach, you got me to use my charge card to pay for a room for you and Dave. We went out on the town that night, I had more than I should have and suffered for it the next day. I did sneak a few pictures though, Oh, you hated that, but it was to be one of your last big events.

So today you are in my blog. I hope it is up to your satisfaction. But we have to go on in life without you. We will always remember you and all the good times we had together.
